Store hours will be from 10:00am-5:00pm Monday- Saturday unless otherwise noted. Evenings and weekend appointments may be scheduled depending on availability, if you require a special time, do not hesitate to ask!

All my life I have had people discuss with me my “healing abilities”. It was never something I paid any attention to until I had a huge life changing experience. On September 14th, 2018 (Not even that long ago!!) my father passed away. This was something that shook me to the core and due to the nature of his passing I was desperate for answers. Mediumship was not something I was unfamiliar with, as my family and I had tried to connect with my brother this way previously (my brother passed away in 2004 from Lymphoma). Once again I connected with a woman and once again I was told about my gift.
This time, it really hit me and so my journey began. I knew there was so much more to this life, and from then on I have devoted my time to learning as much as I possibly can about the world of energy and healing. I have only began!! I have spent hours and hours learning and practicing and I want to be able to connect and help as many people as possible. I have a feeling that I have so much more potential… and so do you. Our bodies are incredible, and if we take care of them as well as our mind and soul then we can enjoy this life beyond what we have ever imagined.
It has become so important to me to share what I have learnt, to share the beauty of energy and the tools around us that can help us live a full healthy life mentally and physically. I have decided to open a location that is comforting and available to everyone. I am so happy to be able to offer my services, but to also have others ready to share their services in this location as well!
Hello, and brightest blessings to you all! My name is Holly, and I am thrilled to be a new addition to Anastasia’s Serenity & Wellness! I am a foot reflexologist, Medicine woman, oracle reader, End of Life Doula… (soon to be birth/postpartum Doula!), and a few other things I’m excited to offer residents of Souris! I also do custom medicines, teas, ‘old school’ soaps, and incense. I offer group reflexology ‘parties’ (think Tupperware/party lite!), Medicine Walks: to learn the availability and benefit of plants growing right outside your door! As well as Workshops (incense making, tarot use, Bellydance basics and more!) Looking forward to meeting you soon!

The crystals are beautiful! I am so in love with the water bottle my boys bought me complete with a smokey quartz inside. My boys were also excited to see she doesn't just carry "girly stuff" .
